Rs3 Legacy vs OSRS ?

So in my opinion I think Legacy is way cleaner, easier to use, and more user friendly, but I can't help feel like some people like OS Interface better and I don't get why? The reason I'm making this post is because I feel like there aren't as many people playing Rs3 as there was a year ago, which of course happens, but even the wildly is just so dead. What can they do to bring in more people ?

 

I have not seen the interface for Legacy, but I feel that players usually like Old School's interface more because of how nostalgic it is and how it was the golden age of Runescape before Jagex not allowing free trade. A lot of players loved that period and thus would rather play Old School than eoc.

 

I don't personally play that much osrs but I still prefer the osrs combat system to legacy. Legacy is really only good for pking and bursting in the abyss so it has very little use on rs3.

 

Osrs for sure, legacy isn't enjoyable for me.

 

OSRS hands down, played 3 for about 20 mins after several years of not playing and haven't changed from OS since.

 

if legacy was released BEFORE old school servers than it maybe would have stood a chance to be popular. Releasing it after they already gave people who wanted that gameplay style back a damn good game to play in old school, why would we want to switch now and play legacy?

 

I actually feel like EOC is more intuitive than both legacy and OSRS. Since that wasn't brought up though, I would have to choose Legacy.

I've always had a thing for Oldschool so I gotta stick with that and say I prefer the older version over legacy.

 

I quit playing both, but OSRS was way more enjoyable for me when I used to play.

 

I'd have to say OSRS. Legacy just isn't the same anymore, double wielding isn't "legacy" at all, so I wouldn't even bother playing it.

 

If dual wielding wasn't in Legacy, maybe.. but OSRS is just the prime for PvP

 

Definitely. Its just a shame we all had to restart because of a bad decision on jagex's part.

 

OSRS by far.

 

Personally I see combat in legacy as much different than osrs, the items are way too overpowered and the loot is junk most of the time. Not fun to me.
