I am pretty sure he is an alt of Amelia420

In this case Amelia was banned for scamming the named Thump from someone on here.

Personally, he scammed me 160m OSRS for the name Gem, but I purchased another name from him prior. I did not maintain enough evidence on the Gem transaction so I didn't bother reporting it (got an infraction last time for warning people to avoid).
While we were talking he admitted he was a serial name sniper, so at the very least TWC.

He was using Locket->SSN ->Drawl and continuing to change his name, the name SSN is on 303's list as well as many other names he was selling on Amelia, so it's safe to assume its the same person.
