Kaii is replying to owen, who is a ex-rank.

He opened a dispute with us on powerbot because our cc is closed, but he believed it was open (and thus he believed we opened it without giving him his rank back.)

That clan in owens gyazo is a imposter clan, not our clan. Our clan has been closed since April 10. This is what Kaii is talking about.

Appears to make sense, if Ardy agrees with an unban then your ban can be lifted.

 

So you closed your CC, so nobody who previously had ranks or anything had to be refunded right?

Vote concluded with a consensus that you we strongly feel that he is entitled to some sort of refund, however it's up to you to get that resolved. We will not force the refund to Owen, however don't let this happen again.
