Need PC on fresh 3cmb 60 wc account

Price check in 07 gp on a fresh account, Lvl 60 Wc, 1 in everything else.

Seeing as this type of account would most likely be going to a botter, would it be worth anything more if I added 7qp's to bypass the restricted items traded.
