Also worth noting that he's been accused of scamming multiple people and it's probably worth addressing.

I suppose that attempting to recover an account that's not his on an RSPS server is similar to doing so for RuneScape accounts, which from what I'm aware isn't really allowed, I don't know if this is worth a permanent ban.

Leaning towards a TwC, if any other mods have some input please provide so.
