    i know lmao but they're so bad:( i used to smoke cigarettes so id literally die

    My meal program for cutting down

    Instead of walking the past two days ive been doing 10 sets of sprints, the only problem with this is that it increases my hunger too much, im pretty much done with all my meals for the day and its only 7 pm. Normally id have my last meal at around 10 pm.

    Crap, that's not very good. If you have celery, it's something you can eat with no consequence. Anything ultra low or negative calories and carbs. Just something to fill you up a bit.

    Ya, I sometimes just munch on a bunch of veggies to feel a bit better, cucumbers to be specific

    That should be good. To be honest, as long as what you're eating isn't too many calories and it's good for you, don't worry about it a whole lot.

    a 300 gram cucumber contains roughly 50 calories so its nothing major
