scam report against irl moolah

Item scammed : He recovered a runescape account he sold to me, along with all the gp I moved to that account. : http://www.sythe.org/os-main-accoun...vel-main-fire-cape-d-defender-torso-void.html

Story : I hit him up from his thread regarding him selling the acc, we talked and agreed for 25$, he went first.
The account worked fine he said he can't/won't recover it, i transfered a lot of my gp to it and started playing on it, gearing and leveling and shit.
Today I was kicked out and said the account got locked, I message him and nothing, I kept messaging and calling but no reply, I see he is even online on sythe right now. Now I got a message saying password is incorrect, so clearly he recovered it.
