    Protein Powder?

    All honesty man, all the artificial flavored protein powders make me throw up. So I switched to "Whey Protein" and add a couple scoops into a milkshake and oh my god dude. Can't taste diddly squat.

    Protein Powder?

    Really good information man. Out of curiousity when they're separating the whey protein from the milk I'm assuming it removes the lactose as well? I'm lactose intolerant and might start adding protein shakes after workouts since I may not always eat right after I work out due to the timing of the workout. I'm getting into working out more consistently since I'm getting slightly older and it's harder and harder to find sport leagues to play in but I wanna stay in shape.

    Protein Powder?

    Protein powder is a filler. Just eat lean meats and only use when necessary. People rely WAY too much and worry about what protein powder they're using. Essentially, it will do the same thing. Qualities are different, however most whey is the same.

    I like casein for a late night shake due to the slow release, however you can gather the same effect with a protein source such as greek yogurt, or cottage cheese for that matter.
