I had a feeling he was trying to recover it when he tried to access the original email for the account, which came alongside the purchase of the account (he couldn't recover because I completely secured it).

I logged in to find the account was locked, set to an email like "d*****@o******.com", when I asked him to try to recover it he said he owned an outlook account which had never been linked to the account, however funnily enough he logged into the outlook and received an email from Jagex. Bullshitted about trying to recover it for me and ended up blocking me.

He also uses the skype WOPA07 which he uses for questing I believe. If you need anymore information please let me know.
