Vaping

Meh I'm honestly just fine with that. I only make coils out of Kanthal and I like TC but I wouldn't go out of my way to spend more.

I know the DNA200 chip is really nice, but for what I use it for I'd be better off with the RX.

 

I've thought about vaping before but only in the privacy of my own home just so I don't smoke cigs just sitting around my apartment. I wouldn't be caught dead vaping outside a bar though...I'll stick to my parliaments in the presence of others who would judge haha

 

Ya i'm still using it sometimes with my nautilus mini, why should i buy anything bigger just for this atomizer?
But i'm mainly vapping on my ijust2

Ordered a Sigelei Fuchai 200w and some pre-made fused clapton coils over the weekend.

Been teetering on what mod to get since the summer and went with the Fuchai from vapenw since it was on sale and they threw in 2 free batteries. Been making my own vanilla ass coils and I cba to get a drill to make all of the fancy stuff so I figured I'd give a few pre-mades a shot. In theory the coils look solid, I'm excited to see if it's really worth it over basic kanthal coils though.

 

Mine says "itazte mvp 3.0" on it, just checked.

I don't know anything about vaping, but it's a tad cheaper than cigarettes and other than two nights of drinking, I haven't smoked at all (from nearly a pack a day, increasing. Smoked for 10 years.)

I recently changed from smoking (1 pack a day) to vaping.
I've spent a decent amount overall on supplies ($550)
Mostly on batteries, chargers, a single mod, and 3 tanks I tried.
I finally found my perfect set-up, with a rebuild-able sub-coil.
I also have around 5L of e-juice (4L VG, 500ML Nic, 500ML PG) and a bunch of flavorings and DIY supplies, so as of today I can vape continuously with 0 future cost. It's already paid for itself over the past month and a half (Pack of smokes is $13 in Vancouver) and I'm happy I made the switch, no cravings at all anymore, and much better cardio

 

Current setup:

SnowWolf 200W
TFV4 SS Tank
8x samsung 18650 batteries
2x 4 bay battery chargers
Pre-built 0.35 ohm clapton coils
37.5 watts for cool/warm temperature


Current juice:

Freckled lemonade (MBV)
Sweet Strawberry (DIY)
Strawberry Poprocks (Local B&M)
Shocker (Cosmic Fog)

 

So I broke my sigelei 150w last night. Going to try soldering the leads back into place temporarily so that I at least can still use it. Ordered a sigelei 150w TC mod. Should be here in a couple days.

 

Been using the Sig 200W Fuchai over the past few days and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The build quality on it is absolutely amazing, never had a sig device before.

 

Loved my sigelei 150. Shame it met its untimely end. Looking forward to the TC version though.

 

Have you used TC before? Most people I know that jumped onto the TC train eventually switched back over to using power mode to have more freedom with their builds.

 

I use both pretty regularly, don't have a strong preference for either.

Really enjoying the TFV4 with the Eleaf 100W. Seems to be plenty for what I need.

I like it because it numbs out some of the stronger overly sweet juices to make them just right.

Maybe sometime I'll get back into RDAs.

 

With the progress that's been made with tanks, going back to an rda is almost pointless at this stage in the game.

 

Pretty much. With things like this out, you can get the benefits of an RDA with the convenience of a tank. I still use my RDA primarily, but that's because I haven't gotten around to either picking up one of the new Subohm tanks, or something like the moonshot I linked above.
