    There's the virus scan.

    The current ruling that has been in place for years still stands to my knowledge.

    I wont be refunding anyone due to already horrible losses.

    My worker was dumb enough to give the hacker all his RSGP stocks without verifying it was me- I havent chosen to report him as he recently had a close friend die so I've chosen to hold off and see if we can compromise.

    Even if staff choose to change the ruling now to my knowledge the offence was committed back under the old ruling.


    I havent decided if I will change my skypes yet, I wont be returning for some time due to my broken gaming computer but I'll decide when its fixed.

    Always been that way, not my issue, my Sythe has always been secured and I've followed safe trading practices, if another user fails to do that, thats their problem not mine.



    p.s- If it's any consolation we've never, not once, ever, taken os-scape stocks, we act as the middleman and have suppliers deliever, so claiming "they've been trading with me for a while and trusted me" is total bullshit lol, we've never taken stocks, I highly suspect a frame or fraud attempt, but doesnt matter regardless with the current ruling in place.

    I brought it up again in the staff lounge for you. Sorry to hear you had horrible losses, but that shouldn't deter you from refunding those that had scammed.

    You brought what up in the staff lounge again...?

    I can find over 50-100 cases where people have their skypes hacked and have been let in due to no PM's.

    Even if staff say it should be implemented where u have to refund if ur skypes hacked, this issue happend pre that so it doesnt matter regardless o.o.

    Okay... But u basically answerd my question without answering it :p.

    Let me clarify I might of not wrote my last question properly:

    We are discussing whether you need to refund the victims or not.


    WHY is this being discussed?
    3 points:

    1.Even if staff say I have to- It wouldnt matter because previous rulings by admins/globals> staff discussion, there's stickys and an administrator post making this rule.

    2. So basically- if staff say I have to refund- You have to tell every single user thats ever had their skypes hacked to refund now to right, without PM's?

    Because it doesnt really matter at all the outcome of the poll- because the discussion and poll all came AFTER the incident-not before, and since my hacking happend BEFORE the discussion, that means every other user thats been skype hacked falls under the same umbrella lol, which means won gold, piegp, divicasales, bogla and 500 others all have to refund various skype hacking victims.

    3. It's not a "case by case" basis rule where staff have to discuss it, the rules and stickys literally COULD NOT BE CLEARER.

    we now require a SYTHE PM confirming the Skype you're talking to in order for a scam report to be considered valid.


    I would of thought this was plain as day information, regardless of what happens, the only way I could have to refund is if staff intend to force every single user in the past up to the present day to refund victims lol, and theres 0 chance thats happening.


    This isnt a case by case basis ruling- I dont think staff need to me to tell them literally every case has been an "post a virus scan, requested unban" type of thing, theres literally hundreds of cases to fall back on.


    I'm not seeing the logic, at all, to be honest with you, evidently staff just want to run another popularity poll.


    ALSO: IM TIRED OF THESE BULLSHIT LANDMARK CASES ALWAYS USING ME AS THE EXAMPLE CASE, FIND A NEW GUINEA PIG TO MAKE 3 YEAR OLD RULINGS GO AWAY, THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I'VE SPENT OVER A WEEK BANNED FOR YOU GUYS TO "DISCUSS" AND "VOTE", STOP USING ME AS A GUINEA PIG, YOU COULD OF PICKED ANY MOTHER FKING CASE BEFORE MINE, OVER THE PAST 3 GODDAM YEARS, AND NOW YOU DECIDE TO USE MY 1 HACKING AS THE GUINEA PIG CASE?     Farcast and Flying are talking sense, like WTH is going on, I'm upset because staff make me wait every goddam time to use as ur personal guinea pigs.

    like 80% of that feedback on that thread thats non-staff seems happy with the way things are, or want a sticky or something, not to railroad every user that gets hacked on skype.


    It's frustrating because THE RULE IS CLEAR AS DAY, NO PM, NOT A VALID REPORT, PERIOD.

    BEEN THAT WAY 3 YEARS.


    @ superman I appreciate ur gesture and u taking the time to actually write valid responses to my disputes, but frankly there shouldnt be a discussion-period, u can probably tell my frustration isnt directed at you but more the staff team which insists on picking my case to make a ruling on and I'm the one that always gets railroaded while 200 others go scott free.

    THERE WAS A CASE YESTERDAY, THAT GUY ISNT GOING TO HAVE TO REFUND BUT NOW I POTENTIALLY AM? LIKE W_T_F lol.

    I couldnt care less if staff decide to change it from now on, but saying that out of the blue the rule is changed and I'm the first one to get railroaded-no.

    I've been banned ONE TIME, hacked ONE TIME, and twc'd ONE TIME.

    Dont bother looking for victims, its a fake report, I went through my phone on skype to see if I could find ANY evidence of this chat, there was none.

    Also I saw yousuckv2 mention somewhere that this guy is known for faking reports to get refunds.


    So you might aswell not waste ur time, I can teamviewer/screenshare my skype to a staff if its possible to do through mobile and u can browse around it.




    p.s- If you want to slap me with a twc, go ahead, The last twc took like ~4 days to get rid of, it's a waste of time.


    I dont get vouches anymore unless I want to bump, and even doing that I was averaging 20-30 a day thats WITHOUT trying hard to get them(u can look at my threads).

    So twcing is just a giant ass waste of time for me and staff since I could put 100 brand new vouches on an appeal of people going first in 2-3 days, but whatever floats ur boat.

    Like I said, if staff think those are cropped or fake or whatever- I can screenshare it via my phone to you and ur welcome to take a look, but u can CLEARLY see we've never talked, he's not blocked, he's offline as you can see by the little circle, theres just been 0 messages to him.


    There's also no trace of him being on the recent talked to contacts list from whenever the skype was hacked(sunday I think but theres no trace of him at all).


    I dont know HOW he did it, but according to skype, theres never been a word exchanged between us lol.



    Considering his horrible trading habits, the fact we dont even take os-scape stock, and the high probality the report is fake, I dont beleive anyones owed a dime frankly.


    If it makes staff feel any better- I still basically lost $250 due to my moron worker who I'm still debating reporting for just handing stock over but w/e.

    I'm honestly questioning if this case actually got looked into at all- I mean before u get mad at me- Look at what I'm about to post and you tell me it looks like its being half assed.

    1. Off the bat, skype hackings have never been refunded, and in 3 years I'm the one person told to refund.

    2. Staff want to slap me with a twc for "repeated security issues" when I was hacked like one time that I can remember and Roary dealt with it and the 1 victim was refunded the same day, so you want to slap me with a twc, for somebody social engineering my skype(nothing else was hacked, my mules are fine), when the last issue was over a year ago and I've did 50000000000000 trades fine since, which does NOTHING BUT HURT MY REPUTATION AND WE ALL KNOW ITS POINTLESS WITH MY AMOUNT OF VOUCHES/DAY.

    Now before I start, I want to ask staff something.



    You guys just said I might end up liable for like 8 victims- Let me ask u something- My skype was hacked- in 90% of these cases the orginal owner(me) never gets his skype back.


    Now basically, the ONLY REASON I'm able to tell my skype never talked to one of those scammed users- Is because I was able to luckily recover it due to my 2fa'd linked email.


    Now let me point this out- If I didnt get this skype back, staff would of basically just railroaded me for like $200 for no reason and nobody would of known the truth.


    I have a problem when giant red flags are completely ignored and staff dont address any of my issues.


    You guys picked one shitty ass case to try to make skype hackings be refunded, its possible not one but both of the reports on me have no grounds at all(and right now its looking that way).

    So basically, the tl;dr is that if I hadnt got my skype back, staff would of cost me upwards of who knows how much had I not been able to get it back, at the minimum it'd of been over $200+.



    Also- What the fuck is staff thinking, u consider a report valid from a known report faker with no PM and now I've provided some proof its fake?

    I mean W_T_F @ staff, Is anybody actually looking into this?


    The dude's own skype message even says he's selling nr and rspspk, not os-scape!


    Also even more red flags:


    Ur telling me a known report faker basically didnt get a sythe PM, didnt confirm on livechat, didnt email, and chose to trade me 2.1M BLOODMONEY AT ONE TIME, NO INCREMENTS, NO VERIFICATION, AND THATS A VALID REPORT?


    Like is this a joke? W_T_F.


    2.1m BLOODMONEY is like a top 3-5 richest on the entire game going first to me with 0 verification lol.


    I mean how are all these red flags being missed...?




    Pisses me off when staff uses me as a guinea pig, pisses me off even more when staff almost railroads me for 170m 07, but it REALLY pisses me off when my case isnt even properly investigated.

    Yes that is one of the conclusions I made too yesterday, hence the if in my post. I got a second opinion and we've agreed that RS Wealth's report is invalid. I've lifted your ban, but you would have had to refund victims had there been any. The main concern at the time was about whether you'd have to refund despite the rule or not, which has happened on a case-by-case basis over the years. You should also know that the majority of the pertinent staff did respond to your case.
