Selling level 3 starters (Tutorial done or not done)

I will be selling level 3 starter account's by request. I can usually fill orders the same day, please pm me the amount of account's you want i will be starting at 85k each.

 

Why would anyone BUY accounts so they can get recovered later on instead of just creating them themselves (takes 2-3mins?)

 

I do not verify the email, all they do is login and register there email and change pass. Then you cannot recover it due to jagex's recover through email policy. Most of them are used to spam or bot so people really don't care about the like 4% chance of a recovery.
