Did paypal rip me off???

I have $119.54 (more than $5 was lost on fees -.-) on my unverified paypal account, it's unverified because I don't have a credit card. Now I can't take ANYTHING out of it and the money is from selling a santa hat plus lots of work on pay-to-surf sites! How do I get this money??? Paypal are such fags

My friend has a credit card and he will verify but right now the account is locked and the faggot that bought my santa hat fucking claimed the payment was unauthorized and now I have to tons of things that I can't do like fill in their fuckin fax or whatever and provide business info I just fucking want my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
