Manual password reset

For the last week or so I've tried to regain access to my account without success as the reset password email doesn't seem to be coming through. My IP address will be different to my previous logins as I've moved back home to New Zealand from the Netherlands recently.

Registered email is still the same (redacted) as is all other info.
