Not getting email from password-expired account

I haven't logged in to my sythe account for like 10 months or something and when I try to it says password expired and i put my email in to recover it, been waiting like an hour now and still havent recieved an email..The username is "midnight". I have also been recieving emails about my account being locked because someone is trying to log in to it from a Chinese IP(?) Do i need to provide my email aswell?
