Password Recovery not working

The forum is telling me to change password in order to log in. After using the correct email information, there is no email being sent to my email address. My account is http://www.sythe.org/members/295242-aesiir.html and my e-mail can be PM'd or sent through Skype if necessary. Or if possible, can you bypass that and just use it on the email that's already registered? Not sure how that works :]

I've manually reset your password and sent it to the e-mail associated with your account.

Ensure you change your pass after you've logged in.
