[B] Acc with 90+ RC

Don't care about any quests you have or haven't completed, any other skills (though mining/agi levels are a plus I'm not paying huge for them), or the rs3/dmm account status, and therefore won't pay for them.

Requirements:
- 90+ runecrafting
- You must be the original owner
- Account must have 0 offences and be 100% hand trained
- You must be extremely trusted.
- A recovery test will be done.

If willing to agree to this we can split MM fees.
