Not getting recovery E-Mail

    Not getting recovery E-Mail
    When I log on, It asks me to change my 6 month old password an directs me to a page to recover my account. I am using the right email because if I try to use another email, sythe tells me it does not recognise it. Would really appreciate a manually sent recovery email, thanks.
