Making money on Sythe

Since Jagex hit me with a banwave I've been trying to make money since then.
I've got an account that was my old pure which I turned it into 60QP to 155QP in ~4 days (not questing all day) and it's coming along nice, my future plans for it is to get barrow gloves and then grind max combat as soon as possible.

Now I've been thinking about ways to make money.
In-game money making methods require extremely high reqs such as Zulrah and I've still got a few months before being able to do so, so it's not really worth it.
Buy GP..not really my thing, I have more hobbies that I prefer spending money on.
Now my last chance is Sythe, there's a ton of ways to make money through here and I might try.


Since I'm not what you would call "trusted" here I would have to start slowly, my initial plan was to max accounts through NMZ but that would take a fair amount of cash and time which is not I need.

So I was thinking of making accounts so people could start NMZ, I've been looking around and there's somewhat a big demand for them in the request topic so I thought of making them.

I'm not sure if I would also make the quests, if someone paid me to get the stats & and the quests I would do it but I'm not sure how people pay, I heard it's gp/xp but I don't know the normal rates either, any insight?

Yes there is a demand, there is also a good supply.


These can be time consuming unless u can do bulk of them.


Ur trust issues would be the main barrier- Nobody would buy an account,spend 3 months training it and then have it recover'd by a random(no offence).

I'd advise getting some sort of reputation and donation status and svu among the community.

 

I don't take any offence because it's actually true.
Even though I could recover at anytime I wanted I would make the accounts very unprotected (random e-mail to register, then nothing else) so hopefully the buyers would be more safe.

How time consuming can they be?

 

Your safest bet is to start somewhere else rather than going right into account selling. Offer smaller services (leveling accounts, minigames, quests, etc.) or some type of service people would be willing to try you out on and gain rep through that.

But as Bus369 said, get donor/SVU status so people feel safer when it comes to trusting you with cash and their own accounts.

 

Questing & low level training (-70) is something I get request for a lot. I don't enjoy them personally so I decline most of them unless it's a decent order.

 

What do you mostly dislike about them?
To get vouches I would like to start doing services too but hopefully I'll be able to study most of the time

might be a good bet to do some free services while you're at it to build up vouches.
