Banned for Evasion - Eximo

Hello,
Just got banned for Evasion - Eximo. I believe it happened because I've created a new account. I had created my first one at 2015-12-26 and my nickname was "Chizik". But I forgot my password and when I tried to recover it, I didn't received any email messages. So I decided to create a new one. I called it "Thor Gold" and after few days i got banned. I never tried to cause damage for someone or do illegal activity. I hope there is a chance to get unbanned :/
