    if you gain 30 lbs in 3 months of a test e cycle iit's gonna be over 50% fat/water retention. 10-15lbs of lean muscle is way more realistic

    Ya, Im happy if I keep 20lbs out of that 30lbs if I gain that much, will have a proper pct, eat clean and train hard

    Just wrapping up a 16 week Test E cycle @ 500mg EW, doing split shot. 250 Wed, 250 Sat.
    I start my PCT in three weeks. I'll be off for 16 weeks obv, then going to run another 16 week cycle with a Dbol kickstart for the first 4 weeks.

    Spring next year I'm doing a short Anavar kickstart test cycle and cut down to 180lb.

    What are you running as your pct? Did your nips get itchy? How much did you personally pack on during your cycle as we're all different it's hard to tell what the avg is.

    I'd like to do 3 cycles within an 18 month period before I get into uni, and hopefully be at 230-250 lbs, i'd be happy at 230-250 with 15% bf.

    Im at 185 right now and this will be first cycle so just going with test e and the second cycle I was thinking about test e plus deca and see how my body reacts to it.

    Using Clmoid as PCT. Nipples got VERY itchy my first cycle, like an itchy burn. However; this cycle I didnt get any itchiness at all. I started a cycle support half way through this cycle because it was a longer cylce. Been doing .5mg of Adex EOD - going to ride that out until I start my PCT.


    I made some solid gains, got up to 185lb, but lost 10 pounds when I moved my office. (Moved from Arizona to Georgia) Due to moving my life across the country for business, my diet went to shit. I was crushing 4K calories STRICT diet everyday, that fell off for about three weeks while I moved. Back on a dedicated diet.

    So as far as the gains go, you will FOR SURE gain at LEAST 10lbs as long as you are eating clean and enough, should be more tbh. Also, your strength in the gym will shoot up DRASTICALLY.
    If you dont log your workouts while you are at the gym, I definitely would start now so you can see the transition.

    When do you start? How long is your cycle? How often are you pinning? Are you doing a cycle support?
    I would recommend clomid for your PCT too btw, I think its better than Nolva.

    I haven't set a date yet but it will be in the next couple weeks just going to get my blood work done so I can compare it, I got nolva and clomid.

    I plan on pinning twice a week, monday and thursdays @250mg so a total of 500mg / week. The cycle length is 12 weeks, this is just mainly to see how my body reacts to it.

    What did you run as a cycle support?

    Good call on getting your bloods done.
    Thats a good pin cycle too. 250 is pretty standard, I stick with what works. 12 weeks will be a good cycle, my first was 10 weeks, so 12 is a good choice.

    For my cycle support I use Arimidex, however; my first cycle I didnt need it. Some people dont need CS at all. This time around though, my nipples started to get puffy and oval shaped. I implemented Adex at that point and havent had any issues.

    I gotta say though, Diet, Diet, Diet is the most important thing. This is the reason you will see or not see the gains you are looking for.

    Yah, Ive been recommended by a friend as well to put in some arimidex just in case, but we'll see, did you have any other side effects? By how much did you balls shrink? Ive also heard that you'll have rock solid boners during test cycle:idea:

    I don't think eating will be much of a problem as I only work during the weekends so I actually have time to cook/eat.

    Yeah, just have Adex on hand. Only use it if you need to, you create more gains without it.
    Honestly, I had very minimal sides. Itchy nipples, little bloat, that was probably it. My nuts werent that bad on my first cycle, but it was only 10 weeks.

    This last cycle (16week) my balls became really small and can literally be pushed up inside myself. Sounds bizarre, but they literally go dormant. So of you look down after sex and one or both of your balls is gone, they are up inside you, you just push down on the skin where your stomach and ballsack meet and they will fall back down. Haha

    Oh god, I havent maxed in a long time. Easily since before this cycle.

    I will max for you tomorrow and tell you what I am at.
    I can tell you what I did this week for those excersises, however; its a bit higher rep range.

    -Chest: Benchpress - 4 sets of 12 @ 185lb
    -Legs: Squat - 4 sets of 10 ass to grass @ 225lb
    -Back: Deadlift - 4 sets of 10 @ 225lb

    My max will be much higher than these obviously due to current rep range & lately I have been focusing greatly on maintaining as close to perfect form as possible.

    I did a 12 week regimen several months ago that was heavy with a 3-5 rep range. Although I was lifting deep and heavy, after first set or two, my form went to absolute garbage and a lot of my joints started hurting. So, I have been tightening up on form hard.

    Ya, especially with deadlifts, poor form and youll fuck yourself up so bad, I don't go too heavy when deadlifting I rather do 10-12 reps/4 sets and that will get me sore the following day and has worked well for me. I tried going heavy but it just doesn't get me the same feel

    Deadlifts are a bitcb man, super good in the sense of making gains and keeping me sore, but I legit hate them haha.

    Totally agree with you on that bud, if you can get it done faster why not? I used to think that staying natural is fine but its just not workin, our time on this planet is limited to might as well get it out as fast as possible, what i am most curious about though is how much mass can i pack on during a cycle and its been bugging me to find out and here we are now lol

    It's hard to give advice like this without sounding like a superior dick, but you may or may not want to consider your health in your middle aged and older years. Like with everything...consequences blah blah blah. Just have to decide if it's worth it to you, which it looks like you have and that's awesome :)

    You should do more research about steroids in general before commenting about it, testosterone is a very very mild cycle and if you know what you're doing it's much healthier to be on a cycle than eating junk food/drinking/smoking, don't buy the shit the media says.

    It can be very dangerous if you're an uneducated twat and have absolutely no idea what you are doing.
