Deal: I paid him 22$ for his steam account (with OE). We agreed that he'd go first and he did. I got the steam account, changed passwords on steam and on email (OE). Then I sent him the 22$ on paypal.

For some reason (I dont know how) he managed to regain access to the email (OE) and recovered the steam account. I can't login anymore, neither on the email nor on steam. He changed the steam profile (http://steamcommunity.com/id/N1KSSS/) to private and removed me from skype.

Here is a picture of the pm. What else do you need?

 

Going to need a couple things:

1) The Skype chat showing you paid him and him confirming he received it
2) The Skype chat where you confront him about recording it
3) An uncropped picture of the Skype ID overlaying a bit of the Skype chat
