Starting a New Dicing Friends Chat!

For all you Dicing lovers, that miss dicing just as much as i do, well I have good news for you! Before the EOC there were many times of gambling but now jagex removed it.. I really miss the thrill of dicing, Good news is Im starting a new legit dicing clan only for Runescape 3!

Introduction:

Most of you may not know me, but i have had many successful, legit gambling clans in the past before EOC, I have paid out multiple blue h'ween bets and have always thrown drop parties for my FC.

How will the dicing work?

The dicing will not be associated directly to the runescape game, I will have the fc ready but however, the actual dice will be rolled on the internet with a dice roller, all the bets will be streamed on twitch so you can view your bets while being assured you will not be scammed. The bets will be given in a trade through runescape and you will let the host know when you are viewing the stream, the host will roll and we will see what the outcome is. How can i become a host?

Considering I actually want to run a legit dicing fc as I did before, the cost of the ranks will be:
-Recruit = 100m (can only do 50m max bets)
-Corporal = 200m (can only do 100m max bets)
-Sergeant = 300m (can only do 150m max bets)
-Lieutenant = 400m (can only do 200m max bets)
-Captain = 500m (can only do 250m max bets)
-General = 600m (can only do 300m max bets)
Ranks must not scam, if they do they will automatically be de-ranked and you will be refunded half of your bet. However you must video tape all your bets in case you are scammed, we will need good proof if you want to be refunded.

-No scamming or impersonating a rank
-Please be patient for a rank to occupy you.
