Should'nt mills be worth more?

In my opinion, its because to many scammers come here and "sell" or "buy" gold for too low of prices, making competing prices with others, thus making the prices go down. On other forums I see them for 6-8 and $15 on one forum. (which is where I sell most of my gold)

It depends on the place, but overall yes I have seen a decrease in gold

I joined in the miniclip flood, and they were only $14 back then. And that was still alot. They go down because money is easier to come by now

 

lol i remember the good old days... 3 years ago... when i had 6m, thoguth i was the richest person eva lol. sold 50k for $2.00 each.. that adds to... uhh... $$40 a mill, and i would just sell at school. peeps usally bought round 500k lol, 1 guy bought 4m, that was when i got nuff cash for a car lol

You actually don't lose out, more inflation has come to RS, and making money is also much easier then back then. So it's pretty even.

^ they have been explained.. They are chinese autoers that sit there ALL day and just make money. And sell it all, and thus the item increases in value. The only reason rares don't go down, is because they are harder to produce, but the problem is... People having more money can find the rare players that have bphats.



You all know there is a way to fix this right? I don't blame the players, I blame Jagex...and Kami... If Jagex would keep up, and simply research a little more, they would be able to prevent inflation and make runescape more valuable. Fuck, the only reason memberships are still 1.2 mil or around there is because they can only be bought from runescape (or scammed) so technically, memberships is the only constant. I feel that will not change, unless Jagex changes it. They need to increase the price of the membership by 5 USD.

They then need to add markets that buy everything in various locations. They must pay a flat rate of (1k per shark) or (200 per lobby) or so on. That would eliminate the player interaction element which would prevent dwindling prices, and overwhelming autoers. The autoers wouldn't sell to people if they could sell their bunch right away for more. Then people would be forced to buy from the store, or fish their own.

Jagex is trying to beat the autoers instead of keeping up with them, You must accomodate those who run your game, otherwise your game ain't shit. RuneScape will fail if Jagex doesn't catch up.

What's needed is:

- Stores to prevent interaction of the market, limit trading to other things, and things that cannot be made with ease.

- Add 3 new skills in one day, only to make them INCREDIBLY expensive, harder to level (more exp needed) and more difficult for the younger players who do not have general playing knowledge.

- Remove randoms, as randoms are no longer a preventive at all.

- Remove the level cap. Period. 99 is a goal for autoers, it lets them focus on leveling there, and then they auto like crazy. Put the cap around 250, or something, 255 probably because it is a better number.

- Add more items to the game. If you add more, you're changing game play for the better.

- Delete... old... players... that... have... been.... inactive.... for... more... than.. a.... year. This will eliminate a LOT of the influx of rares. Thus making them even more valuable and harder to come by.


And here's the kicker...

Sell memberships for RS gp. If you do that, you will remove a LOT of the gold in the game, because people who wish to auto will pay gold for it.


Jagex cannot keep up.. I'm about to play WoW because of this... lol.

 

It is all supply and demand. The more people want, the higher the price. Also the runescape economy is TERRIBLE right now.
