Need a multiple hit program if possible

I was wondering if anyone could build me a program that would allow me to put multiple unique hits on a website as well as interact with the website. (Liking facebook shit, twitter shit, youtube videos) and if someone can do this I need a quote at what a program like this would run me and features it would be able to include
skype me or post here.
