OK. I was laying in bed and i thought of this:

If god created the earth, and the first thing he did according to the bible after the seven days was create adam and eve, where did the dinosaurs come in? I mean, science has proven that dinosaurs existed, but when? If adam was created before anything else, theres no room for the dinosaurs to exist! I still believe in god and christianity and stuff, but this kinda confuses me.

 

Woah haha never really thought of this maybe they existed together?
Although maybe they were outside of the garden then died off ?

 

i guess god put them on the earth to see what would happen got bored and made Adam and eve

Silly. God made the Earth. God made Adam. God made the animals. Adam named the animals. God made Eve. Eve fell into temptation by the Serpent. Adam followed. Adam blames Eve. And... Oh.. wait. Backtrack...

Dinosaurs are animals, too.

 

I'm sure if there were dinosaurs roming the garden of eden, that the author of genesis would have taken the liberty to write it down. Of course the creation isn't neccesarily taken literally, so 7 days could mean 70 million years for all we know. Not that I care, I think its all a load of bullshit anyway, but that's just my hypothetical opinion on it.

Well, if you believe in Science (Not God)

You would just say the dinosaurs and earth was here for a long time.

In fact, if you went to 5th Grade science, you would know how earth was *Really created*

 

They did exist together, read the bible lol.

 

There isn't any mention of dinosaurs in the Bible, and you can't really take "7 days" literally since it was written so long ago. There is no archaeological records of humans exsisting 65 million years ago, and if they did, they wouldn't have lasted too long.

in the bible it says that there were many animals and plants etc., but God wasnt happy with them, so he created humans. dinosaurs would be in the "animal" category.

Agreed, quotes from biblical scriptures claim that when God created the animals etheir on Friday or Saturday, I guess it was meant to be ALL animals.

I have wondered that also. It's wierd. I asked my mom and she said not to take it literally. There is other ways to look at it. Like, the seven days may have been milions of years. And also I what I was wondering is how that ties into evolution, but I don't belive in evolution. Just don't take it literally.

If you ask a die hard Christian's, they will tell you that the dinosaurs never lived, and were only put on earth in fossils to test our own faith.
