So I done a split payment of $40, this was the first instalment of that, he didn't actually want to do paypal because he said multiple transactions would limit his account, after I paid the $20 he became irresponsive and now when I inbox him over sythe he pretends to not know who I am and act like he has no clue what has went on. Please take a look and do as much as you can to get this guy off this site because he stole $20 from me.

 

Please go on a computer and show the skypename and chat on the same single screenshot.
