    Gaming mouse purchase - Amazon

So my gaming mouse has started with the notorious double click issue. I have contacted Razer (model of mouse) as the mouse still has warranty, and they instructed me to message the seller (official re-seller for Razer). If the seller does not replace, I would have to fill in a form from Razer and they would hopefully sort the problem out for me.

Sadly, the amazon seller is seemingly no longer active. 'Amazon EU S.a.r.L.' was the seller, and when I go on 'my orders' and try to click the sellers name, there is no hyperlink to do so.

    What should I do?

Contact Amazon support, I believe they have a live chat. If that doesn't work contact Razer again and tell them the merchant is no longer in business.

    Gaming mouse purchase - Amazon

I bought a razer deathadder gaming mouse on amazon.com it worked fine till my scroll wheel broke. I contacted razor support http://www.razersupport.com/contact-us and told em my scroll wheel broke I sent them pictures etc. In the end they told me to cut the mouse wire and send em the pic and they sent me a new/replacement mouse, they sent me a razer deathadder chroma which is even better then just the deathadder.

Also, I used my deathadder chroma for a while then it started double clicking alot. It drove me nuts so I contacted support again and this time I had to ship the mouse to them and they send me a new/replacement deathadder chroma mouse.

    Razer has awesome support!

I hope my experiences help you :)

They actually had you cut the wire? That's pretty cool on them, they make sure you're not tricking them and in return they undoubtedly send you a new mouse. Razer is overpriced, but they are a really swell company.

Never heard of a company asking you to do this...

Imagine that, at least you got a replacement.

Apple's very similar. I think their products are overpriced, but I can't deny that they don't have some of the best customer service that I've ever seen.

I use a Razer deathadder chroma. I don't know what it is, I'm on my 4th or 5th one right now. Every 2-3 months, the mouse starts double clicking when I only click once. I've gotten so used to the mouse when I try a different mouse I just feel naked and have no idea what I'm doing.

i have a razer naga but recently it has not moved well! it stopped slowly and now 100% so now i have to buy new mouse... i do not know if they will send me a new one but i am sure it is the problem with the wire because it has been twisted a lot because it has a wire. i like very much wired mouses but this problem is very difficult and only happens with wired mouses. i have many small cheap not wire mouses but they all never break but sometimes do not work well with signal. i maybe will by mouse with good signal but is wireless too

Yeah, this happened with me. No physical signs of problem or anything but over about a month it took longer and longer for my computer to recognize the mouse until it completely stopped working. Really wasn't worth the $100 I paid for it. Switched to the Logitech G502 and so far it's lasted almost double the length of the Naga and still going strong.

Can anyone suggest a mouse similar to the deathadder chroma? All the other mice I've attempted to use feel so small in my hands or the clicks are so much harder to do.

I've had a razer orochi mouse before it spazzed out and died after 7 months ish
I currently use a Corsair M65 mouse the past 16 months and can't complain. Also the mouse is extremely durable, It's fell atleast 10 times and I've thrown it twice (csgorage) and it's yet to crack/fuck up.

Never knew Razer asked customers to cut off the wire from the mouse, haha. It's smart though. I personally have never had any issue with my mouse, I use a Razer Abyssus which is on the cheaper side of Razer mice but I like it none the less.
