Stuck in infinite loop when trying to acces my Sythe account

Hello there

When I tried to log in, i got this message:

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Then I click on password recovery and fill in my email.
I receive the email, and click the link to reset my password. Then I end op on a captcha page, i complete the captcha and get this:

Code:

The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new address be sent to you by using this form.

If I then click on the link, I end op on the password recovery page again.

Also, I dont know who to contact about this. If I click contact us on the bottom of the page, I get the form to send a PM, but I would have no idea to which mod
