WTB ~100 cmb starter main

Hey, so I'm basically trying to get my hands on a ~100 main. Secondary stats don't really matter, but what I'm looking for is something that's mostly quested/there so I can play with my friend who is about 102 combat. I'd also like to use it for PKing. 99s aren't important but could be a plus.

I can do OSGP or paypal. I'd prefer paypal because the OSGP would have to be through PA.

I'm not ULTRA repped or anything so I understand hesitation, but I've been regularly using this site for trading for about 5 years now and I have never been reported for anything or apart of anything shifty, so I'd consider myself pretty trustworthy.

Prefer to deal with someone who's the OO unless you are pretty well repped/trusted.

What are you looking for either? Also, what are the quests done on the second? I don't mind doing dt or stuff like that it's just an added pain for me, lol.
