Am I not allowed to make a new account at all? I have never scammed before and the reason my other account got banned was due to another person using it. (Fergus, admin of Ikov)

I wanted to start a new business on Sythe regarding Os-Scape BM http://www.sythe.org/private-server...9-selling-os-scape-pvp-bm-shop-15m-stock.html I even have a couple of sales already with a verified member as vouch..

Hopefully I'll be able to get unbanned and continue with this business.
