Why am I banned?

So, I've been inactive for some time just waiting for deadman seasons to come out. I get the news that they are comming out next week, come here, BOOM I'm banned! I look up the thread, my ban is for ban evading. IP match. I won't get into the IP match further, I believe it's my university's IP. Could I get further explanation on my ban? Because going to the same university really doesn't seem like a valid reason. Thanks!

I find it very coincidental that with all these similar activities, and the fact your account came just after the previous accounts were banned.

So, things being coincidental is enough to ban a person? If so, I won't fight, I just don't find it right for it to go that way.
