Disputing a Ban

Hi! I have put it several dispute claims over the past 2-3 years. I cant seem to find them so any help on that would be great.
But I was told to pay/contact the person I scammed.
( said if there was no contact I could still come back )
I have done this and I have gotten no response, So I deleted the person off my skype ( stupidly without taking a picture of me saying I will pay him back )

Is there anyway you can link the other Disputes / And give me the persons skype again so I can add and show you I made effort into contacting him and trying to pay him back. I have lost his skype over the years and I would really like to come back to sythe. I cant find my other disputes so I cant link them or else I would have already.

Its been about 2-3 years since I was back on sythe and I would really like to get unbanned and be a legit player.
