Can you bot whilst legit playing?

Just a simple one,
Can you bot on one client whilst legit training on OS Buddy for example?

You mean on two different accounts right? Yes, you can multilog.

 

Ya just open up a real osrs client along with your bot client

Worth mentioning if you're suicide gold farm botting there is a small chance they might ban all accounts connected to the bot's ip.

 

This.. Depending on the bot type, this could mean the account you're not botting unintentionally getting banned.

 

Short answer: Yes but I do suggest the following to stay safe..

1. Don't bot on your home IP it's not worth getting it flagged by Jagex.
2. Use a proxy at the very least on your botting client and when botting make sure you create the account you're botting on through the proxy (you can use Maxthon cloud browser to do so)
3. Use the break handler
4. Stick to using one script on the account you're botting / the same author, you don't want Jagex to see your gameplay / mouse movements completely change out of the blue.
5. Use LG if you have access to it.

I'm planning on botting my pure account at the range guild till 80-85 range whilst keeping 10hp, so i'd quite like to start another project but a legit one whilst I bot.

 

Just make sure to take safety measures and take breaks to prevent a ban

I'm not sure if it increases the chance of the legit account being banned or not.

 

Your IP doesnt get flagged as easy as people think, I used to run woodcutting bots on my home IP, around 10 of them at the same time and as soon as they got banned I fired up new ones. Didnt even have chain bans.
