how is this a scam? im informing that ill be taking the chins, have a pin bank and only traps outside? how am i scamming please explain, you seem to be an expert, so im gonna hear you out

 

He's offering to gain the accounts XP in return that he receives the wealth made, that's not attempting anything in my opinion.

He has no access to the bank account therefore no wealth can be lost.
