What would be the fastest exp for atk str def health overal would it be the shared exp from guthan or dh?

 

You will need 1 hp rapid heal method for dharoking to be effective anyways.

 

Probably a silly questions what would my armor and backpack setup look like beside the dharoking :/

 

Use Dharoks, a rock cake to 51 HP, 44 doses of overloads, and fill the rest with absorptions. Keep your health at 1 HP by double clicking the prayer rapid heal ever 59 seconds or less. Drink a overload dose every 5 minutes.

 

You could DH for like 120K xp / h with piety. Bring Anceint mace for Prayer restore and longer trips also a rock cake to keep your hp low.

As for monsters:

Count Draynor
Tree Spirit
Bouncer
Black Demon
Khazard Warlord

 

This sounds about right. I remember using 11 overloads and 17 absorptions per run at 70 defence.

Dh for sure. Guthans is really bad xp (I think it's around 50-60k total xp/hr), people only use it because it's afk.

 

So it be quitter to max out with dh then Guthans ?

 

This. Also I believe you should do strength, then attack, then defence for the fastest overall.

Would upgrading to a furry be a big jump in exp a hour right now im at 65k a hour im using glory amulet

 

No I wouldn't say it would be a big jump at all, but if you can afford it the 2 str bonus might have some small effect over the course of the entire training.

 

I went from 64k an hour DH to 101k an hour. Granted I gained 10+ strength levels, but a fury, barrows gloves, and a imbued berserker really brought it up.

 

Haha yeah the difference between a fury and a glory is essentially nothing. The difference between all the things you said is massive.
