can I buy from astrola/dignityonline?

I was on sythe last year and someone called dignityonline added me for whatever reason or because I'm a developer and so was he and we were speaking in general and I noticed he was banned on here because his worker scammed or something like that but anyways,
He offered to sell a website called ViTrade to me with lots of things included in it with Invision power license and so on.
What am I asking is he trusted because he told me he had a lot of vouches on forums and didn't actually get banned for scamming.

He didn't tell me to post here I just want to know if he's a scammer or not but he has showed me proof that he isn't so I some what believe him.

I'd advise you to read that before dealing with astrola.

 

He has some serious security issues with websites, he told me the developer he had for GPBets wasn't good but still his fault for not ensuring it's safe but as far as I'm concerned he's not a scammer or at least there's evidence showing he is but what does scare me is that his worked scammed billions of gp and he never refunded them but he said he's going to appeal his ban soon so I'll probably decide after that.

 

Already purchased the IPboard license and files from him, he gave me everything I wanted and doesn't seem like a scammer based on his appeal on powerbot although he does seem very sketchy based on his past but the past is the past I guess.
