    im trying to possible warn other people and be more carefully with this user.

    he keep sending (spamming) every couple of hours message around his whole skype freind list : these messages down below.

    He also dont have too much vouches and only couple months active on sythe.

    chance of scam quit.?

    Nothing wrong with sending Skype mass messages. Only thing that's wrong is that it's annoying. Feel free to block him, though.
