Sythe login from public places?

I currently use my local library for Sythe when I'm currently at the library. If there were people banned with the same IP would that affect me? If so, how can I safely use my Sythe account from public computers?

Just to answer the question about whether you'd be banned for ban evasion, we can normally tell from the IPs what sort of connection you're on, so we check that it's from a home address first.
