    Any current guides on training spots?
    All guides listed here are out dated.
    anyone know a good guide that shows good places to train?

    Depends on the combat, Nightmare Zone is great for higher level combat with the required quests completed, rock crabs is good for lower levels, if you look around on youtube you're bound to find guides. Btw everything I just said is for OSRS. When it comes to RS3 I have no idea.

    Any current guides on training spots?
    NMZ is the most optimal choice - especially with the new update.

    Other than that, there's the spiders in the Stronghold of Security on the 3rd level, or rock crabs.

    It is best to AFK train.
