Buying Account with ~1800+ Total Level!

I know I am a new user, and clearly have no trust. So you can save your comments regarding that factor.
I am looking to purchase an account with around 1800+ total level.
I am creating a post as it is quite difficult to locate such an account without the worry of having the account being recovered on me.
