I had to reset my browser which caused my Sythe login session to be removed. Unfortunately my phone has been decoupled from Google Authenticator since I had it serviced a while ago. Hence I'd like to recover the account. I have a recovery code but I cant use it by myself.

You should be able to use the backup code by yourself, just type it in the same place you'd type the regular code, what are you having trouble with exactly? And if not then include your phone number/skype so an admin can help you out.
