    "If you decide to resell this account and claim I am the original owner, you are required to give me 25% of the sale (keep in mind, because it is a trusted original owner and I can 100% recover the account every time, you can sell accounts for a much higher price.)"

    You're not allowed to require this. If something happens with/to the account, you're responsible to recover it and charging a rate to ensure recovery (which isn't guaranteed) is pointless.
