Looking For Fresh Level 3s

Alright, so any idea on how much it would cost for level 3 accounts on 07 that have done tutorial island and havent botted it. These are going to be used for adv so I'm wondering if any person does this and if so how much are they looking to charge. I would be buying lots. All I would really need is a the email/pass to the blank accounts that have completed the tutorial island. Thanks
