Both of us agreed to 85$ via paypal for his 07 account. i sent the money via paypal, and he messaged me saying he had a an error with his paypal. 3 minutes or so passed, then he completely deleted me from skype. naturally i did a charge back, but i'd like the issue to be reviewed.

currently waiting for a response from a admin or mod, i accidently deleted my pm with the scammer, so did a inquiriy how to get my deleted messages to him back so i can post the picture proof of us verifying on scythe.

 

I've asked an admin to take a look at the PM, since there is no public confirmation of that Skype being owned by anyone.
