Need help to make an Void ranger pure.

Never done a zerker/void pure before.. All guides that I find on the net are different from eachother. What quests and in which order do I need to do them to get like 42/42/42 and later be able to do 1 last quest to become 45def if I get borded of the account and want to make it a zerker?

 

Basically just set your goal for barrows gloves as soon as possible. If you do these defence quests:

500 - A Soul's Bane
600 - In Search of the Myreque
2,000 - In Aid of the Myreque
2,000 - Nature Spirit
2,000 - What Lies Below
3,075 - Heroes' Quest
18,650 - Dragon Slayer
20,000 - Monkey Madness

Order of them doesn't really matter, I'd do the big ones first though to make the others easier.
That will put you at 48,825 experience in defence, level 42. As for the rest of the quest point requirements for barrows gloves, do whatever you want as long as they don't give defence.

 

I would agree that aiming for barrows gloves straight away would be the smartest thing to do if you're planning to turn the account into a zerker down the line. You'll be needing 42 defence for void anyways, so it's essential to quest the majority of your xp.

The above list is pretty good as far as def xp quest rewards go, but I would actually recommend prioritizing them differently:

Nature Spirit - 2000 xp (needed for RFD)
Heroes' Quest - 3075 xp (needed for RFD)
Dragon Slayer - 18650 xp (needed for RFD)
Monkey Madness - 20000 xp (needed for RFD)
Fremennik Trials - 2813 xp (needed for Lunars/Veng)

These quests will bring you up to 42 def (46538 xp, 3801 xp to spare) and will unlock barrows gloves and vengeance. If you want, you can also do some of the quests below as part of the 175 qp, making sure not to go over 42 def.

When you decide to transition to a zerker, it would be ideal to do the following quests (the ones that you didn't do while completing RFD, i.e. the only remaining quests with def xp rewards that unlock the most content):

A Soul's Bane - 500 xp
What Lies Below - 2000 xp
In Search of the Myreque - 600 xp
In Aid of the Myreque - 2000 xp
Between a Rock - 5000 xp (Recommended so you can do Fremennik diaries)

These quests will bring you up to 44 def (56638 xp), at which point you can just train up to 45 manually. Hope this helps.
