peter.polun claims i hacked and died on my own M account before getting paid

I know cropped pictures aren't normally appreciated but the mm "Mr Extremez" can confirm these are all real and i can post raw chat logs as well. Just let me know.

I have all the logs to prove the following:
-He bought a NEARLY MAXED DEADMAN MODE account off me after i agreed to be paid 48m 07 before and the other 70m 07 after a week of him owning the account
-He requested access to the original email (which i granted)
-He tried to get me to use a fake MM (Imposter of gracious sythe)
-When i denied, he said if he had to wait for our original mm (Mr Extremez) for more than an hour he would just stake the money and not buy the account.
-Once i sold him the account under the terms we agreed upon, he said "i dont need to switch the emails so this way i can prove if u recover the account"
-About a day after him buying the account i wake up to see him raging in group chat on skype saying im a scumbag and all this shit, claiming that i recovered the account and died on it multiple times (insinuated this because when i looked it up the stats were significantly lower and the only way u can do that is by intentionally dying.
-His claim as to why I would recover the account the next day (as opposed to waiting till i received the other 70m) was that he had put 100m on the account...but he has denied to show any proof that he purchased 100m or transfered 100m onto the account in question
-Once he hacked the account and "framed" me changed the name from "why reddit" to "xoxo gil" he tried contacting people i used to host with in dragondyce ("Bert") who I've also sold a Maxed account got (max ags pure)
-Extremez can confirm the "why reddit" account was nearly maxed on dmm and matched all the pictures in the topic i made on sythe of me selling the account
-He's side of the story is pretty much trying to say i've scammed people before so it's clearly me at fault here and he's trying to get his money back off the middleman
-Pretty much if you're lost -> I was supposed to receive 70m 07 this upcoming saturday but instead he has died multiple times and lost stats and probably money and untradeables that i had on the account. He has claimed that i stole the money that was on the account when i sold him it. Even if i wanted to refund him, my account would now be ruined.


He has ruined the account. If this were a normal 07 account and he claimed it got recovered I would just refund him his money and be on my way. But he has deliberately messed the account up beyond return...

Proof that he tried to claim i recovered a previously sold account (This was an account I gave to someone in my old deadman mode clan FOR FREE (NOT SOLD) to SHARE that i ran and i was specifically trusted by multiple people with large amounts of money in this clan such as: Bonesaw bamf (the real 1), Born for PvM, WilsonMagna, and a few others...:

Note: I offered to let him change the email but he insisted on keeping it the same. ALSO: He still has access to the account AND the original email, if he tried to change it and say i switched the emails I could tweet a JMOD to confirm for me which location/(possibly ip address) of where the email was changed from.

1. EDIT - jk deadman is the also dead content osrs one, got them mixed up.
