Banned while Im the one being scammed.

I'm banned immediatly, asking for some rational thoughts.

I've never been active on sythe and I made an account just 2 days ago, Peter Pool, however, I forgot the password of the account and have tried to recover my account through the e-mail, but I am not receiving the email and have therefor decided to make a new sythe account and I'll reply with my old sythe account as soon as I get the e-mail to recover my password.

Aware of the dangerous aspect of buying accounts, I still had decided to buy an account of a person that didn't have enough vouches to be deemed trustworthy. I've protected myself though. I made an arrangement with the middleman that the seller would be handed over 48m at first, and the rest of the 120m after a week of me playing on the account. I first tried to get the seller of the account to let me buy the account through playerauctions or any other form of payment that would provide me with some insurance incase the account was reclaimed. But so on, I bought the account and played on it and actually enjoyed deadman mode very much, and I decided to also buy 100m of dmm gold to be able to fight anyone, I assumed the only time he would think about recovering the account would be after the one week of me playing on it, because he would of received his money by then.

However, I joined a clan and the seller probably heard of me rolling around in maxed mage and decided that it would be better for him to recover the account immediatly, and have the 120m dmm on the account.
I knew that the seller of the account is iron botting ( a youtuber), and I immediatly contacted members of the clan I was in and asked about the reputation of Dead botting, they all said that he scammed his whole clan, which I can show proof on, and I'll be able to get the famoust dmm players (wiggled and such) to confirm that he scammed his whole clan.
They've also told me the fact, that the account was sold before, and the buyer of the account ( that was scammed) tweeted jagex mods several times in the period of 24 february that the account had been rwted and he had been scammed. https://gyazo.com/0ba3e45c602aa64c51a15c1ce41723f0

Here dead botting states in his youtube account that he recovered a account, the reply was removed after 30 mins and a member of the clan gave me this link.

He's a known scammer in the deadman mode community and he has striken again.
Bert, a known sythe mod here also had the thought that ari (god among) is a scammer :

I can get famous deadman mode players to admit that Ari indeed scammed his whole deadman clan (Lit clan) and I can contact the previous scammed buyers of both the pure and the deadman mode account that I bought.

Ari has recovered the account, taken the wealth of it, lowered to stats of the account, and is now trying to get away with it AND trying to get the remaining money. I'm willing to provide every single piece of piece which the mods seem necessary, if I have it in my possesion.

I indeed made the mistake to add God Among and glacious (imposter) to the same chat, however this was a mistake and didn't do any harm. It was easiliy seen that it was an imposter. The reason for this mistake is that I was added by the imposter earlier, and glacious( the real one) like ten minutes before that. It was just a mistake, I added the wrong guy, I can show chat logs of me and glacious and I hope he can vouch for me.

God among stated in his thread that I didn't even change the registrered email adress of it to give myself some security ( I think). The reason for this is because I know that changing the registrered email adress would change nothing to the fact that the account was unsecure as hell, he could recover the account within 5 minutes by using the recovery process. I wanted to keep it on this email, so I could let the middleman check if that same e-mail was the one email registrered to the account in the case that I lost access to the account, which sadly happened.
I understand that it is a hard case, but I appreciate any help of mods.

This has been handled already. The money is to be delivered as promised to the seller; however, it may be given to Bert, since the seller has scammed Bert after this incident.
