Safe Trades Dispute

Hello Sythe, this is Safe Trades. Not too long ago I was banned on Sythe for "attempted scamming" Yes, i was attempting to sell the rsn "Ye" and yes the name was bound to the account. The reason that was't publicized on my thread was because I was having ongoing chats with Jmods via the rs message center and Twitter about having the name unbound. Jagex had suspected the was being "abused" by name sellers so thusly bring more unwarranted attention from selling it seemed counterproductive in terms of getting it unbound. However, that being said, every person I spoke to regarding buying the account was informed that it was bound! In my messages to "artificials" I was rather ambiguous, and didn't mention the status of the account. This is because I was informed by "Joshuaag1234" he was merely a name sniper, therefore further communication was unnecessary. I had 0 intentions of name scamming, in fact the name was sold to a Sythe member using "Dunworry" as a middle man! ALL parties were informed the name was bound and the sale went perfectly fine! Both parties can confirm this to you. I do apologize for not clarifying the account status on my thread but I hope I have now shed some light on the situation. Hopefully you all at Sythe now understand the dilemma and will oblige to unbanning me. Thanks!
