Not empty would also be fine if it has tf2 limited edition badges/hats mentioned below.
Although I am picky, I am willing to pay.

I want an account that is/has:

  A Clean Profile (Community profile not set up/No name history.)
  Empty or HL1/HL2 Package only. (Preferably with PoP if it has games.)
  Has to have OE (This is important to me.)
  Has to be unused.
  Email Address needs to not have any number.
  I want to have an email address that is one word.
  for instance:
  [email protected] and not [email protected]
  It must have Cheaters Lament and Grizzled Veteran and/or Primeval Warrior badge.
  I also only want accounts with Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail OE's
